Many of our products are crafted with natural materials or hand-finished details, which means slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur. These characteristics are not considered defects, but rather part of what makes your item unique.

We cannot guarantee how every item will perform or appear in each home setting, as factors such as lighting, installation environment, handling, and material variance can affect product performance. Customers are responsible for following care and installation instructions and for handling items with appropriate care.

We kindly ask for your understanding that requests falling outside the terms of this policy will need to be declined. While we cannot fulfill every request, please know we are always happy to assist within the fair and reasonable boundaries of our policy.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Requests for refunds, replacements, cancellations, or changes are only considered under the conditions outlined below.

✅ Eligible Requests

Your request may be approved if:
- The item has a verified manufacturing defect or fulfillment error
- The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
- You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- You submit clear photos or videos of the defect or issue
- The request is made within the supplier's specified return window (typically 7-30 days, varies by supplier)

Not Eligible

We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Change of mind or incorrect product choice

Natural variations in size, color, wood grain, or texture (especially for handmade or natural products)

Damage caused by mishandling, incorrect installation, or wear and tear

- Items that have been used, installed, or are not in original packaging
- Items marked as clearance, sale, or custom-made
- Requests made outside the window

How to Submit a Request

If you believe your item qualifies under the conditions above, please email us at homenhavenco@outlook.com with the following:

- Subject line: “RETURN / EXCHANGE / REFUND REQUEST”
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- A brief description of the concern

Our team will respond within 2 business days to advise next steps.

⚠️ Important: Do not send back any item without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.

Refunds & Replacements

Once we receive and inspect the approved return:

- Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
Replacements will be shipped at no additional cost to you
- If the item is found to be non-defective, the item will be returned to you at your expense and no refund will be issued

Order Changes & Cancellations

To cancel or change an order, please contact us within 2 hours of purchase. Due to our quick fulfillment process, we cannot guarantee changes after this window.

International Orders

For international orders:

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed defective and the supplier agrees to cover costs- We strongly recommend reviewing product descriptions, measurements, and installation details carefully before placing an order
